Here for the first time?
We hope you find this page helpful in making you feel more welcome and at ease.
During the first half of the service those up to the age of 13 head out to their groups where they have fun and learn from the Bible, lead by responsible, enthusiastic and experienced leaders. If you have children with you, feel free to follow the others out and connect with the various group leaders.
Depending on current needs the make-up of the groups might change for a season.
Children and babies are also welcome to stay in the main service. If they make some noise thatâs no problem, feel free to stay where you are or pop into the vestibule.
(Jesus And Me) … is for children from P1-P7.
… is our Youth Group for young people from S1-S6.
They meet every Sunday evening from 7-9pm.
All our leaders are PVG checked.
You and your little ones are very welcome. Jesus said âlet the children come to meâ and we want to do that. We pray you are able to relax and make yourself at home with us. We suggest you sit toward the front as itâs easier for your small people to see and hear whatâs going on and it keeps them from getting bored by the backs of heads.
God put the wiggle in children, so donât feel you have to suppress it in His house. We love to see them dancing and singing along with us. They could teach us a thing or two about joy!
If they are getting restless and need to go out, though, please feel comfortable taking them to the back hall through the door to the left of the band.
There is space to nurse or play, and changing facilities are available. The crĂšche and kids clubs come through after about 20 minutes of the service. You are welcome to leave your little one if theyâll settle, stay with them, or come back to join the service.
Feel free to nip into the kitchen to get some water or heat up a bottle.
Dear other members and visitors,
The presence of children is a gift to this church. Please welcome the children and give encouragement to their parents. Sometimes it gets noisy, and sometimes itâs messy but we are glad to be part of Godâs family and enjoy the chaos! Letâs let children and their grown-ups know that they are at home in this house of worship.
A lot of church is about friendships. Apart from joining a small group, a great way to meet new people is to  get involved in a practical way.
Some teams like the Stewards and those serving tea & coffee require just a smile and a willingness to help. But you could also add your skills to the Worship, Sunday School or Hospitality Team. Get in touch by filling in the form on the right and we will let you know what is needed.
I am interested to help with…
You might see people nip in and out of the door next to the band. It is the main access to the back of the church, where the kitchen, toilets and Childrenâs Sunday Groups rooms are located. We know it might feel a bit awkward marching up to the door during the service – sorry. (You can click on the floor-plan for a bigger view.)
There are 2 toilets in the back of the church. During the service you might have to step across some children or helpers to get to them, but they wonât mind. There is a baby changing station in the disabled toilet.
There are plenty of activities and events that go on at the church for young people, families, men, women and older folks. These are detailed on the events page and in the weekly church bulletin.
Life Groups are about building relationships and friendships, supporting each other in prayer and practical ways, developing and deepening our faith together, studying Godâs word and having fun. They are a place where you should be safe to be yourself, to use your gifts and talents and share honest questions.
If you are new to our church they are also a great way of getting to know a few folk really well and quickly, which makes settling into church that much easier.
